Our general terms and conditions are listed right here. These terms, conditions and used references apply to all agreements that you enter with us, Primeshock (registered at Kamer van Koophandel as Aeros Media (59843403) and Blackburn Music (55337996)). For questions and complaints, please contact us via email at shop@primeshocklive.com or via regular mail (address details can be found in our privacy policy). From time to time, we will use our right to reform these terms and conditions. The most recent version applies.

 

Article 1. Products

In this web shop, we sell merchandise and other Primeshock related products. Purchases are dependent on stocks and we will offer new and/or more products from time to time.

 

Article 2. Ordering

Orders are accepted by order placements done on this website. When orders are incomplete or unclear, we reserve the right to not deliver. Orders are processed in order of receipt and delivered as long as stocks last. By ordering, you accept our terms and conditions as stated on this page, and we remain the right to refuse an order at any time. We are not responsible for errors or maintenance in the stock. In case something went wrong, we will contact the customer and make an alternative offer.

 

Article 3. Payments

Prices of our products can be found in our web shop. Our payment service provider is Mollie and provides a way to pay online. Shipping costs are yours in any case.

 

Article 4. Delivery and shipment

The ordered product(s) will be shipped via PostNL, as they are our fulfillment partner and handles the distribution of our products. Delivery will be done to the specified address as given during the ordering process. We provide a track & trace code so you can see where your product(s) are in the delivery process. A delivery will always be made within 30 days after receival of the order confirmation. In case we don’t meet this deadline, you can request a refund of the purchase price of your order, or request that we send a replacement of the initial product.

 

Article 5. Returns

Within 14 days of receipt, you are able to return a product via a return form you can acquire by emailing shop@primeshocklive.com. Upon confirmation by us, you must send the product back within 3 days. Within 14 days upon receiving your returned product we will refund the purchase. Keep in mind that shipping costs that come with returning products shall be borne by you. You shall handle the product and its packaging with care during the withdrawal period. You will only remove packaging and use the product to the extent necessary to find out whether or not you want to keep the product.

 

Article 6. Warranty

A warranty period of one year is provided to all our products. If in any case the product gets damaged through normal use, you have the right to receive a replacement product. Follow the same steps as stated in ‘Article 5. Returns’. You will have to send us the defective product, in the original packaging if possible. Keep in mind that shipping costs shall be borne by you.

 

Article 7. Liability

We are not liable for errors or the incompleteness in (given) address details. Any damages caused as a result of you using the product(s) are also not our responsibility. We are however liable for damages resulting out of our willful misconduct or gross negligence. Our liability will never exceed the purchase price of the damage causing product.

 

Article 8. Privacy

Data of customers are stored, processed and used internally by automated systems. They are used in a responsible way to ensure the processing of orders and sending offers. Article 9. Miscellaneous

The terms and conditions as stated right here apply to Dutch law. Disputes will not be able to be settled amicably and shall be submitted to the Dutch Courts, in the district Amsterdam.
